You asked why chance was not given,
... simply because you were a friend.
You asked why things happened this way,
...simply because your goal was astray.
You said you searched but you failed,
... simply because your efforts weren't detailed.


You blame me for the past,
... that we didn't last.
You assumed you were my man,
.... the truth, you never became one.
You were challenged the last time we spoke.
... you ignored believing it was a joke.
Reading your messages, realization came to mind,
... nothing shows but fear and goal undefined.
